can any one tell me the best and easy est way to take off door card from a03 plate 172

im looking for a detail or the instruction for takeing out the dash of a 172 2003 model or how best to do it , and how to run speaker wires in to the doors if any one has done it before can any one help ??

cool thnaks people yer to do tweets got to take dash out , fornt speakers does the plastic just pop off but would i have to take door card out to fit cross over i think and how dose the back panel pop off , and the speaker are the ones with the stick out magnet , will they fit in there...

did you ever get a sevrveceand traction control light ? is it a normal thing for this to happen or is there some thing wrong with the car ???

looked at car this morning and spoted on oh the rear brake pads had come out from where it was ment to be , so the car is now in the garage and they can sort the problem out , im not happy ....

they have had it on computer they sa all the sensors are fine , and cant find a problem , the fault is intermitent which is a pain any other ideas

they say there all fine they have even had it on the computer system to try and find the fault witht he SERVICE AND TRACTION control light comin gon , but the fault seems to be intermitent it dose not happen all the time , the werd thig is the previous own of the car has had the same problem ...

right here is the thing....... driveing along, track control light flash on, felt slight breaking, ok may be normal for ESP, but 2 min later here an kind of clonck or bang from the rear of the car, then traction control light flashes like nuts and can feal grinding and here grindng just...

thats what im thinking mate , could prove to be a pain in the arse , tipical i do a car change and it hi tec and i can do any thing to work on it to fix any thing jsut my luck should have stayed for the zetec-s lol did not have many problems with that

what would make that bit play or or be faulty , its only just be serviced , this car dont make any sence

geting to the point of takeing it back and saying i want evey thing canceled and you can keep the car and i takeing you to a small clain court , but bet it wont do any good

umm another prolem happend tonight with my 172 ,i pulled into a car park and the revs were sat on 4 k and not foot on peddel , turned off the on and still saton 3to 4k and turned off and then on a bit later still the same but then the service light and the traction light cam on , any one...

might have to try that on or say to them i will get them involved , keep getting told they with admin some where els , and then there not and you cant get any more sort of thing

ok here is the senaro got the car from a garage , they stitch me up on the finance , and im missing my service and my hand book and they say they cant get one for my 172 as they only ever have one with the car, dose any one know where i can get one from ???

ok well gave it a try between 30 and 40 and in 5th and foot to floor and the speedo went up quicker that teh rev counter , and it was doing about 4 to 5 k at about 80 to 90 + and i over took a lorry from 40 in 5th as well allso seem to do more for fule as well whcih is good , thanks people i...

:S how can you tell if your cluch is dead or going , in a 172 , , have no idea about this car yet , is the bite piont ment to be right at the top of the peddel jsut before you take your foot off ????
