    Another thing, should the bearing be run dry? I wasn't sure so I used what I use on slewring bearing at work and cover them in bearing grease

    Hey guys, yeah I replaced the bearing for a new 1, i refitted the tapered washers the goes between the stub axel and bearing, maby a bad bearing? Cant thank what else could kill a bearing in 100 miles

    oh hmm okay :p, seems to pull fine and run smooth not to indicate timing is out, will the red marks always stop in the same place though ? as for the pump the car is on 81k miles would the original still be in as good condition?
