So not much has changed on this really... finally got round to replacing the wing which made it look a lot neater.
Added a stainless battery cover, added my Fatty induction setup which really does sound awesome. Need to get a bracket made up though i think.
Also fitted matched upper and...
Just to add to what i put above the FK ones cross threaded as the alloy was too soft (tbf could have been my own fault) the Eibach ones shredded 2 wheel bolts and the other 2 came lose hence the wheel coming off.
Both were 25mm and not cheap by any means. Certainly not cheap taking into the...
Ive had 2 pairs of 'high quality' (Eibach & FK) bolt to hub style fail on me now! the last set that failed the wheel actually came off and ripped my wing to shreds!
fortunately i wasnt going too quickly and there was no traffic about otherwise could have been a whole lot worse!
I dont trust...
Sad times but onwards and upwards as they say!
I know how you feel about it testing you! Mine is doing the same too me as you know. Sodding things ay. Give it 6 months or so and mine might end up the same way
Ive got CoH2 with the Western Front DLC, and thought it wasnt too bad. Havent got Ardennes DLC yet but may look into it as i fancy getting back into it again.
So i picked up a matched upper and lower inlet manifold last weekend and planning on fitting them this weekend.
Anyone know what gaskets i'll need? is there one from the head to the lower and one from the lower to the upper?
Links, part numbers would be great.
Haha i rememeber my dad having an old Amstrad, god knows what the spec was but it was grey/black and the keyboard had a built in tape drive, we had a huge external 3.5 floppy drive!
Doom1 had 12 floopy disc's to play the game which i found a few weeks back, along with all the discs for Doom2 as...
So not sure if this has been happening a while but Ibe recently had the rear seats out of the to move some stuff so can probably hear it more.
When turning right or going round a roundabout it seems to have a clunking knocking noise when it's loaded up.
Also seems to do it when braking...
Yeah i'll see if I can find someone close by with clip or something.
Haven't checked much as it was dark by the time I got back to the car.
Hopefully it'll be fine tomorrow then I can have it looked at at the weekend
Yep already replaced it 2 and a bit years ago with the newer style and new loom. So replaced just the blue model this time round
Weirdly I left the car for half hour came back and started fine. Drove 3 miles down the road and back without issue :-S
So confused. I seem to remember something...
I'm sure this had probably been solved before but can anyone shed some light..
So up until recently my car has been taking a few turns of the key to start. Then one say it started hesitating around 2k under load. Pulled up to park up and it cut out.
So fast forward a couple of weeks to...
Yes ive had a ps3 and xbox 360 controller hooked up before, works very well providing your running the right drivers. Windows 10 now supports the Xbox One controller too i think. Although it is fround upon on certain games.
Its the graphics card so will have either a VGA, DVI or HDMI or a...
You can get an ok spec PC for £400, spend a tad more though and then your talking a good step up in terms of how much you can upgrade in the future.

Edit - infact that unit above...
Well it would seem mine has given up again even though i replaced it 2 years ago with the newer type and new loom
Is there any specific one that is better than the rest without paying Renault prices?
Not sure i can do this one, meant to be going upto Essex to collect a passenger side wing as mine is fubar.
that said if im on way back around that time i'll pop by
yeah although i may have to come up sooner if it does need to be replaced, use the car for work so use it every day and cant drive it around too long with no lambda
a couple of people on FB suggest Lamdba too so will unplug it and see if it changes the situation...
If it is i'll take them both, only need one but it would seem my Bosch one has possibly died after 2 years so a spare would go down a treat
So this morning, jumped in the car started fine, driving fine... all good i thought.
About 2 miles down the road in slow moving traffic (about 15mph) i was going along ok and just giving it light throttle then all of a sudden it jerks/hesitates then fine again. Does this a couple of times so i...
I was wrong, the first set was FK which rounded the bolt hole and this one is Eibach which looks as though the threads have striped then the centre bore mount has given way too.
Yep I think there just made of chocolate tbh.
Yeah just need a cheap wing and spigot ring hopefully shouldn't cost too much. I did notice someone breaking one up north but need it posted or close by.
Unfortunately so buddy, as much as i want it really cant justify it after yesterday/today's...
