New battery fitted and it still doesn't start.
Turns over twice then cuts out even with the key fully turned.
Doors lock/unlock, lights go out on dashboard and you can hear the fuel pump whirring when you turn the key.
Update -
So today was mot day for my cup and it passed after the headlights were cleaned/polished and a new wiper blade was put on.
For the 10 months I've had it the airbag light has been coming on randomly I can go months with it off and luckily It stayed off for its mot.
In the last 10...
Cars booked into garage next Monday for mot and the airbag light has decided to light up.
The garage quickly stuck it on the computer and it came up as passengers air bag pretensioner fault.
Any advice for things they should look at / workarounds?
I've zip tied the passenger connectors together...
My brother has a problem with his 1.4 dynamique.
It doesn't idle properly, so far we've tested the coil plugs and cleaned the throttle body but it hasn't made any difference.
Any suggestions?
No idea there's nothing on the pump other than its a 12v pump.
I've replaced the fuse and used my old 12v pump /sat nav and everythings working so must be the new pump that's shagging things up.
Thanks for your assistance.
The last couple of times I've plugged my tyre pump into the cig. lighter I've blown the blue 15 fuse?
Any ideas?
It's not a major problem I just pop another fuse in but why does it happen?
Are any of you planning on heading to the haynes motoring museum ( yeovil somerset) for breakfast club this Sunday?
They normally get a good mix of new/old cars and there's the museum to have a look around plus a fry up in the cafe.
My cars due a service so I need to order my 5w40 oil.
The elf stuff is £28 but opie have gulf formula g or fuchs supersyn for £19/£24 , both are fully synthetic.
That's the crux of the matter, coombe is a tricky circuit as nothing big can race here due to lack of space.
Bsb,btcc, british gt's not one of them can use the track and in turn bring in large amounts of spectators so the track has to make there money on action days.
Is it time for castle coombe to charge more or limit numbers on there action days?
They always have loads of crashes, maybe have graded sessions so you don't get the vast range of skill levels, car speeds on track all at the same time?
Yep i'll still be coming but probably not 7am.
Does the traffic die down by lunch time? i used to marshall there and traffic was always mad in the morning.
Have messaged him, i'll buy his spare tickets if he wants.
I'm not planning on going on track but will bring my camera and try and get some pics of you lot.
Balls i've totally overlooked this.
Am i able to get my 172 cup on the club stand?
If not is it still worth leaving sedgmore at 7 or will i miss much if i aim to get there between 10-11?
Right so I'll order a yanos kit and the bottom brass Bush.
Any ideas as to how I can sort out my reverse/first gear issue?
I don't have to lift the gear stick I just push across a bit more from 1st.
