I work my way around the car washing as normal... only difference is that instead of rinsing the part you have just done... drench the whole car! This keeps it wet ready for when you come to drying. Then use a QD as said to help you dry with no water marks. Oh.... 1k posts!! Woohoo! :D

Megs wheel brightener might be worth a go, can be used neat if needs be but rinsed off well (smells delicious too). Whatever you use will take A LOT of elbow grease... wheels need to be constantly cleaned and, more importantly, protected if you don't want them ending up fcuked!

Yup, full monty before and after winter... so every 6 months ish. I usually give a wax top-up every 4-5 washes so maybe every 1-2 months.

I charge around the £120 mark for a paint correction detail on something the size of a clio... I'm guessing you should be looking at around £30 for what you listed.
