Just look for one on ebay with 2 lugs on it job done. Momo do one and Demon Tweaks also supply one that does it. Average price £60 to £70

As long as the red and black wires are not removed should be fine but airbag light will come on. This can be sorted with clip system

Clips are part of the headlight only option is to repair.

No good for 172 or 182 with esp as it has no lugs on it. Will cause ABS light to come on.

seen a lot worse than that but probably ok with the correct tools , cant see that making it run that bad would check other things to be safe. No ones perfect and if that was me I would rectify free of charge, and I would strip and check first off without expecting customer to do it.

Yes need to be open circuit, but you will have to play around with configs until its ok,

I expect you will need a new ecu now, I wont touch an RS tuner on a 197/200 once they fail uploading map its game over. Not to say it cant be saved but the 197 I had was fucked doing this and I ended up buying a new ecu. Hopefully RS Tuning can sort.

go into airbags, then trigger line config , then set as you wish but they need to be disconnected

yeah make sure whatever airbag you turn off is diconnected

Buy a new blank key from ebay (item number 172024159525) , anyone with a clip system can code it in as long as they have the immobiliser code. We Charge £45 for key coding and that includes code. Blank can be cut outside your local tesco etc.
