They should work with base mounted seats.
I would advise not getting runners though. Get the seat in the position you want it and leave it there. Unless you have different people often driving your car. Although my dad drives my car without issue and he's shorter than me, so I'd get it how...
I hate people so much!!
In regards to mapping and correcting any issues. Take it to Engine Dynamics in Kelvedon. You couldn't be in better hands to be honest. In house dyno with custom mapping and RS expertise in one shop. It's where I take my car now if needed, they've sorted me out a few...
You don't need to replace the drain plug. Get a dowty washer from Renault and re use the plug.
3 litres is fine. You'll never get it all out anyway. Even if you did it's only 3.1L or near enough.
Unscrew the butterfly plug on the side to re fill it. Use garden hose and a funnel. Easy peasy.
That is one fast fast car. To beat the 918 by 5 seconds!!

Bedford SEN Trackday Feb 2017
I took the car to Bedford on Saturday. Quite a few mates were either booked on too or came along for the social. @GrahamS @Ant_Smiggy @AlexW @masekwm @Jamie86 @Sir_Dave @Richie rich.
The weather was dry ish in the morning which allowed for some good sessions...
Those warranty prices are an absolute joke. Actually laughable. You can get full comp warranty on a Porsche for only £85 ish per month!!
Car looks fantastic though, such a great colour. My cousin has the same car with the same wheels just black.
Doesn't surprise me to be honest. Ph1 shafts are known to be 10mm shorter. So fitting a ph2 shaft there is always the risk of the shaft bottoming out in the diff/box.
You could fit a Gripper LSD. That would solve your issues haha.
I have one in mine with a Gripper diff. Completely usable on the road. Just need to take it easy on full lock.
Didn't even notice the lightened flywheel in mine.
Discs and pads from George. I think his company is called Road Race & Track or something now.
I'd go with standard brembo HC discs on the front and the pads of your choice depending on how you use the car. DS2500 for fast road. RC6 for primarily track would be my suggestion.
Rears I'd just...
Oh yeah I know mate, I've been discussing it with Graham (blue 172 cup with green cage you did)
Problem is I already have a Safety Devices rear section lol. Which complicates things, as I wanted to keep that after paying top money for it brand new.
If you were closer @Tom Johnson I'd have a cage next weekend!!
It would cost me about £250 in fuel and about 16 hours of driving to bring the car up to you, and then pick it up at a later date 😧
The official Porsche Sports Exhaust is great. But you never turn it off to be honest. It's not intrusive or droney at all.
The Carnewal system sounds like the PSE, just better. But that is all the time and not switchable (no idea how it would be on motorway)
You could but then you'd invalidate any warranty it had too. £1800ish is the price for the Porsche main dealer to supply and fit it all, as well as the valves and button on the dash to open and close these.
The carnewel system/mod uses the standard box skeleton and improves the internals. £500
Lovely lovely car :-) I can't believe I've only just seen this thread haha!
Porsche FRIENDSSSS
I really like the wheels, my mate has them on his Cayman S.
Brakes on the 981 are so much better than the 987!!
You need to get short shift fitted if you don't already have it? Couldn't see it...
