Meee...! My new toy. Well, i dont recall my B/G getting spotted so fast 2.5 years ago.. lol
Very true Captain! but I had to get the 4 wheel alignment done on it just around the corner. I wouldn't normally park there as the traffic taliban are pretty hot, just popped into the bike shop ;)...
Good to see youre mothering it in the way it's acustomed to Mike.. Shame you dont have a garage though eh..
The colour of the wheels when it left me were 'darker' than OEM fella.. Did you go darker again..?
Where were the stone chips..?
Did you get the paperwork through from me yet btw.?
All sent to you Mike.. yesterday! ;)
Please dont forget to send my old plates back bud.. You're certainly getting more noticed than I ever was!.. lol. But then, not many folk can see it tucked away in the garage eh.. haha
Saw this last night too.. something not quite right there with those tail pipes. It has after market exhaust rubbers on there, so perhaps it also has some kind of made up back box too. I hope they didnt pay too much for it..! lol
Lunar Grey was the best looking vee there.. Liquid Yellow stood out like a sore thumb.. ;);)
Good to see ya fella.. and thanks again for ya help on Saturday morning! :)
Hahaha.. cheers Darren! Doubt it'll be this year now though fella.. Shame it all happened so late in the summer. I'm itching to get out and about in it now, but the weather's just so kack lol
Hope to see you very soon! Prob in the 172 tho.. ;)
Fletch.. cheers bud! :)
Good to see you briefly Fletcher! Thought I'd bring the Lunar out for its first proper meet! Shame the weather was sooo s**te though. Most people were gone by about 10.00!!.. lmao.

LOL.. Have you ever seen the price of replacement panels etc for a v6 Matt..? You could prob buy a Trophy for the cost of a miss-hap on track in a vee..
I'd love to be in a position to buy a second vee to use for track days etc.. prob a cat D or something.. Fingers crossed for a prosperous...
Lmao... even Mike ditched his Trophy for a vee,... But hey.. you're not bothered. lol
I'd choose a 172 cup then a ph1 172 over a Trophy any day :) And both after a v6.
Just my opinion though.... ;)
Hahaha... I read this write up this morning and immediately thought ' there's no way you've driven one you dcik head' The only time ever, i've felt remotely nervous in the vee was in the wet, they will swap ends in a heart beat. In the dry however.. utterly awesome grip.
Got my mechanic mate to remove my QS and fit an OEM back box to the B/G.. He didn't remove the bumper, and had it done in 10 - 15 minutes.. so quick I hadn't realised he'd done as I was making coffee.. lol
Your choice Craig.. maybe try it with the bumper in place, and see how you go. You can...
LOL... Swirlies..? How very dare you... lol
Have you really not got Ventureshield on it yet..? Could swear I can see lines on it.. hmm.. must be relections.. or scratches.. hehe.. (you know I jest.) The lines are in excactly the same places as mine too!.. How odd..
Will get some picks up...
Lovely Dawn... lovely... Looks like you've been getting some practice in since you saw mine.. hehe. I'll sorely miss my Black/Gold when it goes.. the shine competition may be slightly easier for you next year! .. lol... Looking forward to seeing you and Betty through 2010..!
Good to see...
This is very true Craig.. BUT.. go down the road with your nice new paint work and it's chipped again.
I had mine fitted with Ventureshield and totally recomend it! Ok, its not bullet proof, never going to be, but it keeps al those little chips at bay.. no sweat! Been on 0ver 18 months now...
