Researching it myself, ktec seem To be the cheapest @ 430ish and there is a good vid of it too

It's a new free flowing air filter so will be ok and do NO damage to you engine. The noise it will make will be a deep growl but you will like it!

What engine? I had a 57i K&N on my 172 cup. People rave on about how bad they are for performance with heat soak an so on but will you really notice a loss of 3bhp?? I didn't notice any loss of performance after fitting mine and the noise it made makes it so worth it!

Take it off, it's only on for some crappy EU regs

Is it worth removing the acoustic valve as with the 172's?

Had my cup RR'd at 169bhp That was with JMS map and it was overfueling which was costing a few ponies at the top end
