company on ebay that will remove the immobiliser from the ecu for £150 or you can get a pod that plugs into the obd port with the immobiliser code in for £75.
yes its the white clip thats broken it dose sit in the hole. guessing you can buy it separate at renault. i used a 2nd had one from a car i was braking.
found an ecu bmt from a car same year and engine the ecu number matches mine but the bmt number is different both bmt are n3 would it work?
reading on the forum if the ecu light is solid its a fault with the ecu or bmt and if the immobiliser flashes its a fault with the key sending the code...
can you not use the cable to transfer them to ur computer then use ur computer to upload them?
or use a wifi connection.

7j wheels will fit 195/45/16 would be the best. more important is they are a pcd 4x100 bore of 60.1 and offset of around et38.
depends on the offset if you will need spacers or not. if the offset is ok 40mm will be fine.

used wonder wheels to remove most of it but wont shift the last of it. the alloys need a refurb so not bothered if it marks...
