I own an RS2'd car so I know for a fact it's definitely improved, I've always loved it, it drives like a diesel but pulls far up the rev limit. So I don't see how I can be gullible?
Even if just one side of your track rod ends is worn changing them will make the steering feel loads better.
Before I pulled my car off the road over winter I was changing them once a year.
I believe lowered cars and stiff components such as power flex bushes and suspension will wear them out...
Started to take the front end apart. The idea being to clean the crap behind the arches, straighten the jacking points and getting it ready for a full respray in a few months - prob April.
The amount of crap that was collected under the wings and side skirts was unreal. Glad I've pulled it...
The other day I saw a lion chasing a buffalo, so proceeded after them so I could kill the lion easily. They ran on the road a car came and killed both of them, easy skinning :-)
