When I drive steady I get mid to high 40's. As said before Cam belt is the big cost on these cars. I would also check if bushes/suspension/TR ends have been changed recently, depending on mileage

Used the Drift Ghost HD the other night, placed the mic under the bonnet, still sounds a little sensetive so I 'll try and turn the sensitivity down for the next time I'm out. Happy with the camera

Spanner will do. Slacken the nut and undo the track rod end. Remember to count how many revolutions as you remove it. When installing the new one count the same revolutions so it's as close to where the old one was.
No thread lock required. Just tighten it
Change the oil, it definatley helps. Worked on mine when I had the same issue going from 2nd to 3rd.
