yea paint onto wetsanded primer tbh with aerosols, as many as it needs, may be done in 2, may need 6, just build it up til it looks right generally 2-3 primer, 2-3 paint, 3 laquer

sand down prime sand down paint dry laquer

neon washer jets, tsw venoms, job done

yea sand it all down back to the metal and dust your primer on very lightly so it dont react again. also if youre using a hot air gun, dont warm it up too much
