Yozza's are THE best exhausts for a 172. They need a refurb but they look worse than they are I think because they are covered in brake dust but theres smudges from when I've been removing the n/s wheel the other day fitting the mounts...

Theses engines are built to perform though, they can take it, providing it's well looked after in terms of servicing etc.

Nil tbh as long as it's done by a specialist. So as long as it's timed up and tensioned correctly by a specialist it should be fine. Just no warranty.

What about the warranty from the place that carried out the work originally? Or from the company that makes the parts?

circa £100 to check and adjust timing, as long as everything is timed up correctly and the kit is new there shouldn't be any problems.

Why should he get ready for tears? It's a simple enough job to adjust the timing.

I've not had to put the cup through an MOT yet, when I first bought the xenons last year for my old dynamique I bought them after I'd had it MOT'd so I can't really say. I'd be willing to put money on them not even noticing though tbh, as Gaz said, just don't say anything. As long as they are...
