If you have just tightened two of the sunroof bolts then you have probably incresed the gap elsewhere, hence the sudden influx of water. You need to slacken off the two you did or go round the rest of them and make sure they are all tight. Mat.

There does tend to be different shades, same with the phase 1s. Is it a 16v one you fitted? That might be the difference. Mat.
