Why wont my inlet come off?! Ive done it a couple times already on this car but right now it wont budge. 2 bolts back and 5 front off, its as if all the bolts are still on...
I have some spray paint stripper Ill try, its not bad it managed to just about get most off calipers with some scrubbing. This paint looks quite flaky so shouldnt be too bad really.
I would just get them blasted and powder coated too but a 6 quid job and some fun is a win for me. I missed the...
Just about to spray a few parts but the inlet on mine came with some naff blue brush on paint and is not very neat around the letters, also the letters looked pitted. Anyone have any advice to make sure the job is done fairly neat?
Just about to convert to hydraulic clutch as pedal box but need to make sure this slave is for jc5 if anyone can confirm? 306200650R
Also Im not sure about the hose connection into the slave, will I need to get an original dci one and get it custom? As the mc will be -3
wow... I was blind but now I see. The car is an absolute animal now, everything is pin sharp and high speed 100+ is such a joy, I cant believe Ive been driving around all this time with how it was. I replaced everything, inners, rack bushes, outers, got it aligned.. that was probably just 20%...
I completely agree. I dont understand why its frowned upon to spend money on cars, spending 3k on a 2k car but its not really a 2k car now is it? Goes to most things unrelated to cars as well, its pointless to spend hours in the gym and be the best you can be because when you are 50 all those...

I have a...
Well, so far so good, havnt drove it yet ? but looks to be instant reaction when turning the wheel so definitely an improvement. Will test later after traffic.
Will have to either bodge the ignition somewhere or thinking of getting a basic spec dash light dimmer panel to cut out and have the...
"Objects removed from screen prior to test". Mum just had that put down as an advisory, also failed on a rear wheel bearing as kwik fit now have vibration plates or something and a re test was 17 quid odd, but it was free if done within 24 hours.. Mine failed recently on "Offside Rear Hydraulic...
Well was gonna call up a couple of people the other day but called pms first and instead of getting mine welded i bought a complete custom one from their old ph1 complete with a weld on quick release. Spoke to nick who was great to deal with and who drove the car aswell so knows his stuff. If...
@White16valver
Im not sure if it is, hopefully not. I watched another video on an mr2 and it had play in the bushing and there was clunking so could be just the joint.
Dont think they all have it but I reckon quite few do and people dont realise. Im sure that a lot of people including me, get...
lol over time maybe but brembos+300mm discs and sold old discs and lines so initially be more. But am looking at some other wheels though, which are also 16s ?
