try pin in the squirter holes , make sure no polish is blocking , if u can hear the motor spinning then it wont be a fuse.
after that pull piping off and see if it pumps out, might be the jets blocked
not that i know of , or criminals wud do it to disable alarm
ask a mate if u can use his rac card as its to rescue the member and not a specific car ;)
so the key does 360 degrees. Is your key a standard renault one like

when u say turns the lock do you mean fully as it u can hear locking bits move, or its just free spinning

do u mean the arch liner screws or under tray bit , just cut a notch out of it if u want to , but itll flex over and go around em

near enough straight fwd , didnt take me long , took longer to jack it up and find some bricks.
u cut about 2-3 cm off each side thats it, its faily flexible rubber/plastic.
Just a case of leave slight over hang on one side , get some one to hold it in...
