If you're using this car on track, i wouldnt personally be wanting to use non-hubcentric spacers.
Maybe get 10mm hubcentric, or the correct offset wheels in the first place lol.
Re: aux/usb, yes, just remove the current one & replace, simples.
Getting the existing hub out is a bit of a pain, but if you youtube it, there is a way through the cup holder cooling vents to probe it out.
Exactly this basically. Its great in the summer, if your aircon works :ROFLMAO:
I...
Little bit of tinkering in the sun on Saturday ...
Having two e9*'s makes for some decent part swopping possibilities!
Ignore the change, i didnt find that unfortunately, it fell out my cup holder when i removed the armrest.

Good tyres make a MASSIVE difference on these. PS4/Supersports are deffo required. I still believe had all the initial road tests been with the RF's, the journalists would have been like "WTF is this thing, it handles like a slippery banana" rather than lauding its praises constantly.
Re...
I must admit, i would tend to agree.
If the car was 3 years old and had that little damage, it would have been fixed, not categorised & the previous owners would never know.
Now its old and worth 50p, naturally its been written off, but it doesnt change the amount of damage that has has...
LIttle update after spending most of Saturday afternoon underneath the 335i.

The cause of the coolant leak? Aging of coolant pipes? Crack in the header tank? Remnants of fluid from the top radiator hose change?
Nope. Shoddy workmanship from Shytner...
Re: spoiler, i know what you mean, its higher at the edges than the OEM one, not enough to annoy me though, i just hate the pre-lci rear lights, so until i can LCI ... Front bumper wise, the 335i's has washer jets as standard, irrespective of whether xenons where fitted or not. Odd, but there...
Yup, very early, hence the electric folding mirrors as standard (mega geek mode). Best engine/gearbox combo i reckon.
Enjoy it @Rob hopefully a new rear caliper will solve the current problems!
Looks mint clean either way
Oh Really :ROFLMAO:

So, going back a couple of weeks ... i've been looking for a le mans blue e90 335i with a manual box since about September, purely on the basis that i could buy it, swop the plates over & Sarah would never notice :whistle...
Yes lol.
The way i look at it, im not that bothered about a bit of rust (i'll likely facelift it at some point anyway), but any buyer would likely be put off by it and/or question if there was any more hidden away etc (there isnt), so i swopped it out, only took an hour or so. I would have also...
Welcome to BMW Club!
Might i suggest a few amendments to your list?
In no particular order.
Remove car from Midlands
Put OEM badge on steering wheel
Buy ZHP gearknob
Clean leather with Liquid Leather or similar
Remove replica wheels, fit OEM ones, i like the BBS 108's
Fit decent tyres. FOUR...
lol thanks, i think :ROFLMAO:
Yup, same TT, likelyhood of her ever selling it is probably zero
Its a brilliant car in all seriousness, super reliable, quick, lovely looking & well made, for what its now worth, its fairly irreplacable! ?
Yes, N52 manual 330i, with xenons. Rocking...
Get payout.
Buy car back.
Reverse up to tree.
Tie rope around tree.
Tie other end around clio.
Drive forwards slowly.
Remove rope.
Clio = fixed ?
Id certainly be fixing that, especially if its your pride & joy!!
e90 335i, e90 330i, e91 325i, TT 225 and Boxster 981S ?
Have always wanted to work from home so that i could buy cars as & when they appeared for sale, instead of having to wait for the weekend.
Making the most of it ?
I definitely have issues ?

Finally found what i've been looking for for 6 months!!
Just a tad annoying its AFTER ive bought the touring, plus the parts to fix it ...
Le Mans Blue 335i saloon. Manual gearbox. 2 long-term owners. Full BMW service history.
Been...
Enough to put me off buying a new/warrantied BMW ever again that was ?
Mind you, my local Audi dealer are just as bad.
My RS3 was about £300 as well. Absolutely bonkers amount of money, but at £130 an hour or whatever daft figure they charge, it soon adds up!
Strangely, the 3 months it took...
This is the plan. Swop the front parking sensors/bumper and CIC/Combox into the e91, then put the CCC in the e90 ...
Parts for the engine rebuild have now started to arrive, needless to say, moving a cylinder head on a pallet isnt easy by yourself ?

Yeah, that was without a map, i personally wouldnt risk one without forged pistons - which would have been the next step if i hadnt sold it. Circa £2k fitted.
I paid the following from Lohen, the valve stems were done for free after they overfilled it with oil ...
Helix Organic, SMF & Quaife...
I fitted an Airtec, so unless its been changed (no reason to), itll be that still.
It ran 235bhp at Surrey Rolling Road, with FMIC, AEM intake & decat, so it was a good un. We'll after Lohen fixed their f*ckups anyway.
I've always thought these look great after being lowered a good foot or so.
They come as standard with the kind of arch gap that only @gally could love.
Well, ll i've just bought a low mileage N53 cylinder head, so we're getting there!
Highly unlikely that i'll be fitting though, having started my own business, i simply just dont have the time at the moment really ...
Thanks, me to!
Yeah, i had hoped it would easy, the likelihood of this...
Still a 3.0, just detuned. The N53 325i puts out 218bhp, but with a slightly different inlet manifold/map, the N53 330i gives 272bhp ... think my N52 3.0 is 258.
Anyways, long post re: the e91 incoming ...
In effect, being that N53’s are renown for their issues with coil packs, spark plugs &...
Yup, this car goes on the pile of "wish id never sold" along with the ShedTrophy, R53Trackshed, Aegean Blue M3 and e90 M3. At the time i bought the RS3, the sentimentality of the R53 made me choose that over this, but in reality, this would have ended up being the better car, plus it would have...
Havent updated this in a little while, mostly as most of Matt's stuff is embargoed at the moment, but he's doing all the vehicles for this "fairly well known" title atm:
Also did the "burning car" theme they launched for PS4 just before Christmas...
My M135i exhaust used to rattle on cold start, i just never bothered to do anything about it. It went to the dealer enough times ?
RS3's back box rattled as well. I went to Audi about that however, albeit mostly about the blue smoke ...
