I knew there'd be one smart arse :P
But it is true. People stereotype other's far too easily. I saw someone the other day in a 172 Cup driving through Tesco's car park, mid day, nearly hitting the limiter and taking corners at a stupid speed whilst still in the car park.
Doesn't look good on...
I think tarring all bikers with the same brush is wrong. Nearly everybody speeds from time to time, it's where and when to do it.
I see more dickhead's in car's than i do on bike's. Granted there's more car's but still...
People like this never give biker's a good name, but there's people who...
Are they Mk1 Valver wheels? As said, don't think it will pull it off without being lowered, but as you said, you're on the case.
Enjoying the change from Saxo's? I miss mine like hell but the Clio's a good replacement... I'm happy with it.
Haha, i'm on plenty of forums dude!
And cheers, yea exhaust needs sorting. Thinking i might go for a Yozza stealth later in the year. Can't stand the look of this one, although it sounds quite nice!
Should hopefully be by the end of the month dude. Can't wait tbh, want to start tinkering...
Not worth the hassle imo. The amount of fine's i've paid out in the past for number plate's is stupid.
Standard sized and font plates ftw for me from now on.
Looks really smart that does pal. Really like it BUT if it was mine, i'd rip that splitter off and probably wouldn't have smoothed the bumper where the plate goes.
Always thought either no plate or plate in original place looks best. Obviously it's risky not running a plate though.
Cheers pal. She's getting there slowly! And yes, agreed lol. Glad i got them done when i did!
I got them from Halfords pal. Although you can get them a lot cheaper from eBay apparently lol.
So, i've now got a Si's tow eye, fitted that. And some K-Tec coilovers have arrived. Just need to get them fitted.
But i went out to take some pic's of my friends Saxo today as she's selling it and thought i'd snap up a few of mine too.
I've seen photo's of this car before. Tbh, i preferred it before the roof chop. That sort of killed it for me. But after reading this project thread i'm absolutely astounded. What an epic build and story.
The guy has some serious dedication and a keen eye tbh.
It isn't strictly my taste, but i...
Ah, seen pic's of this before. Cal posted them.
Looks good buddy. I very much like the way you haven't put Type R sticker's on aswell, even though you had the opportunity. Hate it when people do that lol.
I'm baffled by the bike... At first glance with the shape of the frame i thought it was a trials bike but on closer inspection it's more of a jump bike. No idea what frame that is though. Remind's me of the X-Tort's haha.
Porsche is lush though.
Re: My 79 Mk1 Scirocco.... Got low
That looks really nice actually. I clicked on this topic thinking i wouldn't be that impressed, but it does look pretty smart :)
I'm so glad i passed when i did. Insurance was still expensive but was a lot cheaper than nowadays.
Really do think my brother ought to pass his test soon and get a car. I can only see price's rising and if he isn't quick about it he simply won't be able to afford it.
