I'm sorry pal, i don't think people are trying to be nasty as such. It just is funny. I mean that in the nicest possible way. But it does look very funny.
Damn, i can't wait to get my coilovers on this week after those pic's lol. Car looks very nice pal. Shame about the problem's you've had... But it looks like you haven't let it get you down and are still into the car!
Is it only me who thinks Petrol Blue looks a bit... dunno, boring lol.
I'm a big fan of RB tbh. But if you want something which is going to be awesome fun to clean go for LY.
Personally, i have not used 476 yet. I had been planning to buy some to try it out. But i've heard so many people say (on DW, SaxP etc) that 476 gives a good finish and tbh i haven't heard a single bad word against it 'til now. I merely suggested it as that is what i have seen everybody...
Skim reading on my lunch break, but to answer a few questions i noticed.
Panel pot's will give 3-4 layers easy. A few more if you apply it correctly (thin layer's, don't waste wax(.
After a detail you should put 2-3 coat's of wax on it. Then top it up once a month with a single layer.
In...
It doesn't particularly matter tbh. The 'colour charged' waxes that manufacturer's make actually have little effect.
Use Purple Haze on a white car and you will still get brilliant results!
I did wonder. Get's a bit confusing with 182 FF, 182, 182 Cup, 172, 172 Cup haha. Thanks :)
Is a 182 with both Cup packs a FF then? I've searched this btw but seem to get more confused lol.
Sorry to steal the thread a little. But my 172 (not a cup)... Is it classed as a full fat or not? Has climate control etc but no cruise control or sat nav.
I keep mine under my bed. 3 massive tool bag's full of product's :D Don't really want to leave them in the garage for this reason (even if it is central heated).
Once a month at the most regular tbh. Otherwise you'd just be wasting wax.
Personally, after a full machine etc i give the car 2 or 3 coats of wax. Then after the weekly wash give it some Red Mist. Top the wax up once a month.
Depends on how often you like to wax your car. If you prefer to do it on a regular basis, like me, then Dodo is fine. Personally i use Supernatural and love it.
If however you want to wax your car every 2/3months you're better off with Collonite.
