That's the only way people learn to respect stuff, paying for it themselves. Lass at work calls me sad for spending so much money on cleaning product's and washing my car so regular and modifying etc. But her car was given to her, just like her car before that was. The first one was never washed...

I suppose it depend's on how much you trust your kid's and how sensible they are. My mum and dad paid for my bike test/lessons. But they knew i wouldn't go tear arsing round the second i passed. We all have limit's in our capabilities. The key is remembering that and also remembering everyone...

Think i'm just going to go with a Stealth system then. Is the Supersport (think that's it's name) very loud? It's cheaper but if it's unbearably loud i'll go for the quieter one.

That would mean standard sound, yes? I don't want it to sound standard... I want a nice burble etc. But not excessively loud. Also, i didn't fit the backbox that is currently on. Came with the car.

3 Point harnesses if it's a daily. I had some OMP 3 points in my Saxo and they were fine. Any thing more and it's just a pain in the arse for a daily.
