yea i got a fuse with the wiring kit i got. im getting it all connected 2mora by a guy i know so al let u lot know how it goes n post sum pics of it. cheers for the help.

Does the power cable need a fuse attached or can i link it directly to the battery from my amp?

you dont neceseraly have tyo cut a hole just take the grommit out (takes a while n hurts ur fingers s**t loads) and then push it back in as much as u can thats ill i did. easy done when i did it.

no all the wires go into the h/u i would have thought i would have to tap of the excisiting wire already in there!?

see i thought that but ill grab my manual and have a look, if it is do i strip the wire then place it in with the excisting one and tape it off to keep it secure?

not i havnt got any ill get some if i still struggle to fit it in, i could get it done by an electrision ( my cous ) on sunday but it would be good to know. i think ill have to tap into an excisting wire tho.

i got an LG head unit

i think so ill have to check but its the blue wire thats comes out of the amp in the back.

yea its the remote from the amp so would i be right in adding it to anotehr blue wire in the back on my h/u cos i dont have a clue which one would be the remote already in there.

Right iv wired up everything i can for my sub but when it came to putting the blue remote wire into the back of my head unit i didnt know where to place it, i thought mayber ill strip the wire and shuv it into an excisting hole where another blue wire goes into??

yea it all goes down the passanger side, i got the grommit out just need to feed it through 2mora its not good workin in the dark! i know if i can get the cables through the back into the head unit then ill get the power cable fitted up and ill be boomin, lets hope anyway.

yea i have the whole were ill put the power cable, not wired it yet but im going through where the bonnet release cable is. when i put my hand under the glove box around the back of the stereo i cant seem to find a hole at all is it kind of on the side of the back of the stereo or directly...

lol well thing is i looked down the head unit and can find a hole that comes out the back near the glove box, is there even one in a clio mk2??

see thats easy done but its actually putting the wires away ie, having the wires behind the head unit itself but u cant find a hole to thread them through.

i have an aftermarket cd player and im trying to wire the remote and RCA wires into the back of my head unit, i just ned to know if there is some way i can get to the back of the headunit through some sort of hole?

so i fitted all the other wires to fit my sub but cant find a hole through the back of the stereo to connect my sub wires, is there one or should i make one or what??...i got a clio mk2.
