so i know how to wire my sub and all but when i look at the grommit the wire going through seems like a throttle cable, can any one help me here i got a clio mk2, its right behind the glove box looks like a grommit but not sure, wundering if ill have to drill through to get to the engine to wire...

sub came all is well BUT the wires i got dont have the ends fitted and i dont have a clue wot end goes on wot wire.....any help or pics.

yeah there is one i can find on the passanger side its just when i look into the engine bay i cant see where it would come through but ill guess ill poke around and see if i see it pop out anywere.

Where will the lead come from if i thread it through the grommit in my car, i cant seem to find in the engine bay were it comes out from, should i go under to take a look, i got a clio mk2.

well yea thats the greyish coulderd one, just gotta disconect that so i can wire my sub up cheers.

In a clio mk2 which wire on the battery is the neurtral or black wire i cant seem to find one i have a grey one on mine?:S

He means before you start wiring anything, disconnect the negative (black) terminal from the battery. Then disconnect the red one and connect your power lead to the assembly before reconnecting it. Only put the negative back once you've finished the rest of your wiring. Steve righttttt so...

what u mean earth of first, u meanin take the earth off then put the power cable on over it??

yup u got it right power wire thought bonnet grommet on passenger side all the way into boot. remote cable and rca wires does drivers side earth wire from boot to amp then sub to amp if its all done right the amp will light up saying it getting power and should go boom boom and to be honest on...

so pritty much i gotta wire my battery wire down the passenger side n the other one down the drivers side to the head unit n just wire my earth cable in the boot right?

yea its a full kit i got the amp sub and wiring kit with it so just need to get the thing fitted but im a f****ing goone when it comes to this stuff.

howd you put the cable directly onto the battery, does it just bolt on or,,?
