If you broke through the lacquer then you can always just blow some more on with a can then blend it in, but if its metallic and you've rubbed the basecoat down then it will always show. i did the same thing recently on a small spot on the boot. i dont care enough to do anything about it though...
Going to be around the 600 mark with the vvt pulley at a guess. But yeah just be a brave boy and ring. I dont really like using the phone either so can sorta understand your reluctance
The sales of goods act on private sales, i would think if he told you about the misfire then it was as described i think you're a little stuck.
The act covers second-hand items and sales. But if you buy privately your only entitlement to your money back is if the goods aren't 'as described'.
Your battery is to big hence not fitting right.
Perfect time for a battery to boot relocation and a straight inlet pipe better CAF, will see very small gains too :)
Can i add a crossover in like the really bad picture below. The amps currently running 2 speakers off one channel @ 2 ohms. but the tweeters are currently being powered off the headunit output :S its a big bodge basically and i'm trying to rectify it..
im not sure this will work but worth...
yeah i think youve overcomplicated that. lol
1. remove plenum, leads, plugs. pull plug on fuel pump.
2. insert compression tester. crank car, no need for throttle as youve removed the plen-ham.
3. repeat for all 4. put back together
If you get air in the abs unit it may need cycling. Otherwise find a wet patch of grass and do some hard braking usually that will send the bubbles towards the calipers
You could argue you are pissing in the wind trying to flush an engine full stop. Just giving what i thought was the best option given that most people arnt going to strip and engine to clean it lol.
you can buy dedicated 0w-20 flushing oil which is probably better than the wynns stuff which is basically just diesel fuel anyway.
Or the best (safest) in my opinion
1. get engine really hot, drain.
2. replace filter
3. fill with a cheap 5w-30
4. get engine hot take drive down the dual...
Its not that bad providing there is no subframe/structural movement I wouldnt worry to much crash bat can be replaced with a couple of bolts if I recall
