The lock is not related to the boot open microswitch. Its either switch, wiring or uch get your test meter out

If the cams have moved that much then they have been incorrectly torqued up. First of all make sure the crank is pinned up in the right hole. Keyed crank pulley is easy to do, simply rotate the crank on the old pulley bolt, turn engine a few times repin crank and check horse shoe goes in.

Looks spot on. I should have advised you that the top rear shock bolts corrode into the tube. Mine were a b*****d initially, i just worked them forward and backwards with the impact gun to break the corrosion. Ive used pms megane 225 10mm spacers on mine before i got the lower et wheels. Megane...
