They don't cap at all, just throttling for the top 5% of heaviest users. As far as I was aware, if I download more than 750MB between 4pm and midnight it goes down to 2MB/s instead of 4MB/s, but there are no limits. Technology has a limit, and I personally think this is a reasonable way of...
Don't find it too bad, the folks have XL TV (+ Movies and everything), Medium Phone and Medium Broadband (but that's 8MB for us now I think as we've had it for about 6 years) for about £60 per month I think.
When I move soon(ish) we are just getting the £20 package, 2MB broadband, landline...
After giving us Setanta Sports for free completely out of the blue, I noticed yesterday that they've now also unlocked the complete 'Music on Demand' section for XL subscribers. Spent hours on there, hundreds and hundreds of vids and quite a few full concerts thrown in as well.
Anything else...
The Vee is understandable as that was a halo car anyway, cost didn't ever appear to be a major issue with that thing.
Petrol Blue was a significant cost option for 182 buyers, so that probably didn't matter either.
0-60 only 6 seconds, and it's putting out around 300bhp?! Must weigh a bit.
If they were going with driver focused why not put the GTi on a diet and do a 'GTi Cup' type thing?
Cars just don't sell in white, do they? If they did then I'm sure Renault and others would happily offer that colour. How many Focus ST have you seen in White compared to Blue/Black/Orange? I guess the sales figures would show not too many have been bought, and that's from a company with a...
I find most to be a complete pain in the ass, usually obessessing over minor technical things, 'faults' with lenses (that I can NEVER see when they publish the pics!) and far too much pixel-peeping (analysing images on a monitor in far too much depth)
Depends what you want from one really...?
Z3 apparently, Justin mentioned the roll-bars doing their job so it must have been the open-top.
Seen quite a few crashes on in/out laps before, at Quarry in particular you get the occasional idiot who will do something for the crowd if he gets a bit of free track. Not sure what happened in...
Yeah of course, you know how to grab them off the site don't you?
Not one to be anal, but it's not a fish-eye, just a super-wide angle lens (10mm) ;) You can stand literally 6 inches from the nose of a car and still get the whole thing in.
The purple Nova Steve? He is a regular on the Castle Combe forum, top guy. Does everything himself, sources old Novas and builds/rebuilds a track car every year. The amount of prep work that goes in is amazing...

Cheers guys, pretty pleased them with myself. Wish I had stayed a bit longer now though.
Other non-Clio stuff here...

Following on from the Clio stuff, here are some of the other cars from Eurofest. Not too many as I was concentrating on the Clios for most of the day.

What time did you all leave? I headed off at about 3pm as the missus was considering putting an offer in on a house we've been looking at, I got a bit nervous about spending £170k whilst out taking pics ;)
He won the award for 'most talked about car' during the morning at Quarry, they were all loving the 3-wheel action and the speed he carried over Avon Rise into Quarry was insane, a good 20mph quicker than anyone else. Took massive chunks out of the uber-rapid M3 in the corners, obviously got...
Great shots, guy in the 182 (XAA) is Paul by the way ;)
The Black 182 not on our stand had the tiny "Cliosport @ FCS 06" sticker in the window, and the Ph1 172 with Ph2 172 wheels had a Cliosport sticker on the skirt as well.
Just out of interest I calculated lap times from EXIF data when cars were in the exact same spot at Quarry, some very interesting reading.
The guy in the 5 door Clio (1.4?) was doing 1:36s consistently during the 9:30am session, that is ridiculously quick. For reference Paul J (182) was doing...
