My old 1.4 16v was fitted with 60mm springs from k-tec. Never had a problem. Never scrubbed or anything, with 16's 195/45 tyres on. MUCH better handling. Do it i say!!

So they the 'better economy' on the 200's that renault talk about sounds like pish then. Dont seem to be any different on mpg. But we didnt buy it for that;)

ah right. Ive got the same prob as you with the front bumper, Mine looks the same, even withe the little chip where its got caught on the light. One of my centre caps is missing as well, looks like it just flew off, def wasn't knicked. How much did you pay for a new one?

Just got a new exhaust for the R27! I went for powerflow in aylesbury, im pretty sure its the first on a 197! I love it, this is how it should of sounded standard. Really subtle and sporty but when you gun it, it really sounds amazing! Low down feels MUCH better, and it just pings through out...

^not really. The 197 has more torque, its just a heavier car. Surly it wouldnt make a difference, just better acceleration? Could be wrong tho.:)

Cant see how the mk1 v6 has any votes tbh. The mk2 is better in EVERY way! lol

Blue flame is a good choice. My mate had one on his old one. Just a back box, best sounding zorst ive ever heard on a 182.

R27 for me. Exclusivity, LY on a 197. Recaros, all the extras. Looks awsome, quick as fook and comfortable! Driven all the rest (bar the V so i wont comment) and owned a 182 and nothing has given me so much pleasure to drive in 2 years of owning it.

Nice pics. What is that plastic patch on the left hand side of the dashboard? I dont have that on my R27? Airbag?

I'd do it personally. I intend on running my R27 to the ground tbh. If i had the money i'd supercharge mine. But i have a ridiculous love for my car lol:o Surly there has to be a some performance company somewhere that you can test drive a supercharged one?
