I've done a very similar thing to my car, I have no issues at all with the inside wheel spinning. I hate to say this, and I'm not suggesting I'm the greatest driver ever, but have you thought it might be your driving technique....and not the car?
You don't need traction control, I turn it off...

Well if you're shooting landscape, keep your ISO at the lowest setting. Stick your aperture to around f/8-f/11 in aperture priority, and then the camera will pick the best shutter speed for you.
I shoot auto WB, then adjust it in post if I need to.
