The Blue MK1 V6's are stunning, only ever seen one.
However, I didn't know you could get Inferno MK2 V6s, any pics?! Unlikely I guess as there are only 2!
I'm a fan of CRT too, hard to explain but I just prefer the picture quality of a CRT. I have a 28" Panasonic Quintrix CRT which I intended to replace not long ago, but I didn't actually find anything that I thought improved on the image within a reasonable budget.
I'm also sticking with CRT...
Mine was about £90 at the time, think they may have gone up since then though. My Cup didn't come with one, I only went for it because it was actually cheaper to get the CF one from K-Tec than it was to get a normal one from Renault!
Not Black Gold but this might give you an idea of how the Carbon Splitter looks in the real world under different light, really catches the sunlight nicely...
CRT all the way for me. I remember a standard definition test not so long ago that put my TV (Panasonic Quintrix 28", can't remember the model) up against decent plasma and LCD screens, mine won!
I'm not upgrading for a very long time, especially with the Wii coming out soon which will...
First of all, forget what camera you have, it's completely irrelevant and in no way makes it harder or easier to get an "arty" photo. A good photographer with a camera phone will take better pictures than someone very average with a DSLR.
Secondly, as a starting point you can't go wrong with...
It would be fair to say I didn't have the best of days!
I wish I had tracked the boat after doing those drag runs actually, 11.5 seconds to 60mph didn't feel quite as slow as I was expecting ;)
The carnage continues...

It would be fair to say Sony don't have too many friends at the moment, apparently the PSP is not performing according to the Climax CEO...
"To be honest and frank about it we worry about the future of the PSP," said Jeffery. In terms of sales of the actual units, it's not doing so great. The...
Reading the text that's kind of the whole point, it's meant to be a cheap way in to rallying. Externally it looks fairly standard but I'm sure all the important bits are present and correct.
I personally think it looks better when they really resemble the road car, those old vids of the...
December 8th in the UK, most of the known allocation has already sold out on pre-orders (Amazon start taking orders tomorrow morning)
It is indeed selling well worldwide already but it was always going to "beat" the PS3 due to the units available, over 1m should be sold in the US alone within...
Wooo hooo! No my car was painfully slow as expected, a good 4 or 5 seconds slower to 60, good fun though.
And more importantly my heavy huge 1.6 beat the 172 Turbo to about 20mph!
Did you get my Hyundai Boat during the drag runs?
Anyways, onto the pics...
I love: the rear quarter of the V6 Trophy shot, the spectators (cows) shot, and I really love the drag line up with the 2 Valvers and the Williams.
What lens were you using out on interest?
Will be some much better pics along later, someone was using a huge lens worth more than my entire SLR kit, and BluePete and a couple of others were there taking pics as well.
I can't wait for the inevitable LucasArts Star Wars game. Controlling a light saber with the remote, genius! I assume this must already be in development somewhere.
For what it's worth the Wii should be able to push out some stunning visuals if anyone decides to concentrate on that area...
For those that got shafted by Play, those nice folk at Argos are still accepting pre-orders for December 8th.
I emailed them to confirm this and got the following reply...
"Thank you for your e-mail regarding the Nintendo Wii console,
We are accepting orders for the pre order console...
Download: 2.23mbps
Upload: 474 kbps
Never quite sure about these tests, on www.speedtest.net I get 3.8MB download and 345kb upload!
I lose track of what is supposed to be as they keep upgrading me for free (blueyonder), I'm still paying for the 512kb connection but it's up to about 8MB...
Sony continue to make friends in Europe...
"As of yesterday morning, no auctions for PS3 units or games will be allowed on the site until February 2007 - which is when pre-orders will open in Europe.
Even then, each seller will only be able to offer one PS3, and it must have been...
