i'd like to see an RS4 keep up with a tractor in a plouged field.
might be going slower on an uber bumpy soaking wet B road.......but hell i'd be giggling in the m3.
were waiting for the hardware to arrive, so its not far off.
Pricing still to be finalised, but wont be expensive at all.
Wont affect MPG at all, if so it'll be better as less energy is lost through turbulence.
They can be 180 deg out if you didnt align them properly with the renault tool.
The renault tool will still 'align' the cams if 180 deg out, but the top bolt hole is used to make sure that you cant time it wrong. If you didnt put in bolt whihc secures it to the back of the cylinder head then...
not been able to get the C6 to work even after following all the instructions :(
But the E90 is a drift hero, not enough lock though.
And the F1GTR is an understeer hero :(
dont bother.
Doesnt do much and i've seen them catch fire far to many times.
It rots and turns rank.
Not worth the hassle of wrapping and the cost.
If your really into reducing heat, just get it ceramic coated for the same cost.
182's have the RS, and despite it being slightly larger there are still loads of 182 owners running around on the new CNC manifold and have noted an increase, and just like 172 owners some report a larger gain than others.
Infact most of the people we have had in have been 182's.
Why the willy ECU? whats the point, run the 172 ecu.
You'll have issues getting the correct distribution off of correct cam since the inlet has VVT on it, and the ex doesnt have the correct alignment for the rear slot, although i have tried and it does fit with very minor work.
