Yeah check the pads mate, if low get a spare set if possible. Fluid checks and that thing will be good to go mate, especially with that box on track. I'll trade cars with you for a few laps if you fancy a blast in a Clio.... :tongueout:
The focus is the lighter car even in st-3 spec and 5 doors coming in at 1362kg, where as the Mazda 3 MPS comes in at a lardy 1483kg.
Info taken from parkers.
Morning and afternoon with my mate as an additional driver. Pretty much standard 182 FF with track tyres, track brakes and EPC budget lowering springs.
£1500 for a fixed rate damping coilover seems very steep to me. I know they'll be good but nearly double the price of BCs they've priced themselves out of the market IMO.
That would be to soft at the rear for track, @Niall has just got a set with 8/8 and he says they're perfect for road and very good on track, i'll be going 10/8 for mine which is only used on road to bed in parts and drive to and from the track. Clio racers use harder springs on the rear...
How tall are you? I'm 6ft and have no spacers and have them as low as possible, but I have the crap runners the Clubsports come with and it's not low enough for me.
I'm gonna try and remove the runners tomorrow and see the difference.
I ordered this tent from Argos, only cheap so if its gash I'll just bin it on Sunday, got good reviews though...

Me to as the way a steer with the controller is crazy...so my mate says. I thought its was normal to tap the stick instead of actually using your thump with small smooth inputs, lol. Tried the latter and no chance, I've been tapping to steer on racing games since the first xbox came out.
Cant print my e-tickets as my work block certain images including the barcode and scan pic for the e-ticket, can I not show the email on my phone on arrival or does it need to be printed?
We'll realistically be there around 7-8, get the tent up, then a few hours boozing and bed. Me and my pal are both on the AM session so need to be fresh!
Saturday though...
Does take some getting used to, but can just about save it now with stability on, off and it's laughable in GT3's and above.
Another thing is a coming together with another car, you seemed glued to each other, stupid!
I couldn't even get 40mm springs in mine without having someone stand on the rear beam, for them to fall out on jacking there's something definitely wrong there.
By the handling do you mean once over the limit its to difficult to get it back? My only gripe is when online, when people join the session its flickers which when on a hot lap can totally ruin it.
You wasn't online with this car and track yesterday was you? As someone set it up with no aids and no tuning, didn't even get to Eau Rouge before turning it off it was that ridiculous!
