As above you'll be needing subframes and side mounts. To bolt the subframe to the car you'll be needing some high tensile fully threaded bolts and either use the old nuts or get some niloc nuts with collars. I used m8x60 8.8 tensile fully threaded screw from screwfix, you'll need strong washers...

Tough one Dave especially in a budget track car if that's what's its going to be, If I where to want a diff I'd sell my car and purchase a Clio with one already fitted as it would be a hell of a lot cheaper. You're not going to have much change from £2k fitting one new.
This, I tried for a whole day trying to get the feckers off, took it to the garage and they where loose in seconds. People over tighten them when refitting is the issue, I've just nipped mine now.
It'll just be marbling pick up, you get it when you go off the racing line, normally on a cool down lap. If you let it set it needs scrapping off. Or it could be your geo does need altering as above. Mine wears in the places you state but only slightly more than the rest of the tyre.

I just used the below brackets, I fixed one to the bolt at the back of the subframe hand brake side, and one between my cage and OE seat belt mount. You would only need one though as you can use an eye bolt for the OE belt point by the drivers door, you'll need an m10 eye bolt with longest tread...
