I have a 172 Cup, the carpet in the footwells is in pretty poor condition, i've hoovered it as best i could to try and get the worst of the hair out (i think a dog has been in it at some point in its life) so the hairs deep in the carpet, lets the interior down!

If the belts are due then have it all changed (T/belt,Aux,Dephsr) it's costly but then you already know that lol.
The dephaser on its own from Renault is circa £150. Having a specialist do all the belts and dephaser will be around £500-600.

If there is no receipt of dephaser pulley whilst the belts were being done i'd say dephaser pulley!

its located underneath the airbox mounted on top of the gearbox, take the airbox out and move
the cooling pipes out of the road. Its held in by two 13mm bolts IIRC
