Luke - sorry, haven't had a chance to yet, I quickly did the ones for Neil when I could. I'm in Alicante airport at the moment, I'll get home tonight, then 5oclock tomorrow morning I leave for Saudi for a week! I WILL do them when I get back guys. :)
Cool, looking forward to it :)
Sorry for those that can't get on the site, but you guys have demolished my 20gb monthly bandwidth!! I might have to get some more me thinks, but I'm not back in the country untill the 3rd :(
I had one, but never used it lol! There were always loads of petrol stations, we tried to fill up when it was convenient, I think the lowest the tank got in the whole trip was just above quarter for me.
But Neil on the other hand running his ITBs....bit different! His fuel light went on as he...
A CS tour sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. From that experience, a trip with more than 4 cars, I wont take part. It's just too much hassle, and on the mountain passes, a potential nightmare to stick together (and more risk of accidents).
Mate I was speaking to Dave earlier when I picked up the walkies, Im very tempted to go back! I'm not kidding either!!
Let me know details when you know, and I'll see where I stand.
FLOL! Yeh FastCar can pick up that bill ;)
Mr. Valver - I budgeted for about £800, so I came in well under that. Tbh, all of us weren't really counting the pennies, it was a holiday so just have a good time, spend some dosh and worry about it when you get back.
Mine? If so, yeh really well. Really pleased with it, sounded mint in all the endless tunnels we went through, although it was drowned out by the sounds of Grays race exhaust on his 172!!
Im thinking of decat-ing it, not too sure yet though.
Yeh no worries mate. What I'll do is burn everything (photos, videos) to DVD and send them to whoever wants them (who was on the trip! ;):
PM me your address mate :)
I've just uploaded another video, it's the same video of us going up the Stelvio Pass, but I've added Neil's footage to make a PiP video.
It's not long finished so the quality will improve at some point.

lol, so just as well I missed the ferry then! I was debating just staying on the motorway hoping it would clear, but I'm glad I got off!
I past over the motorway and got a view of the incident, loads of police cars etc and a helicopter, so must have been pretty serious :(
I posted a rough cost earlier, it was in the region of £500-600 for me, but I had no passenger (tears!), so I didnt split all the costs.
But bare in mind we didn't pay for the ring, which would add quite a bit on top of that depending on how many laps you wanted to do.
