November 2015 Update:
Having not touched the car since Castle Combe due to other commitments, I spent this week getting a few of the odd jobs done on the car before this weekends final race at Snetterton.
I ordered a pair of new rear springs, coming down by 20nm per spring, while the ASTs...
You not thinking going into production plus (when more info get released)
Not touched the car since Castle Combe been too busy with work, however I do plan to replace the rear springs this week that I had custom made and also a replacement T7 heater that's been sent out free of charge (as mine...
Yes, in the Tricolore Trophy you don't get a official practice session as such, just 15min quali/practice window. Makes it interesting when you have never been to a circuit before and have to put in a quick lap time.
Happy days, if these start to wedge means your getting air in somewhere, top inner then top outer.
When I ran my WW we was looking at making up a bottom pipe linking the 2 nipples to help equalise the pressure, never got round to testing it.
And yes I used a pyrometer however camber set ups can cause heat to generate more than they normally would, so I don't really like to use them (through experience).
I thought it wasnt as much due to the fixed axle (beam) but will only induce positive camber if the car c***s a rear wheel. I understand that the more camber shims you add and evenly lowering (even corner weighting) will change the camber in small increments. Just seemed mine was out more than...
Glad all went well Martin. I take it your return spring is in good condition too and moves freely? As said before make sure you oil inside the cable, unclip cable and put few drips of oil or ptfe spray that will keep moisture at bay and stop any rust... Worst case scenario the throttle cable is...
@Mini182 No I haven't tried the R1 only the H1, this is the first season I have tried Dunlops, normally use AO48S/R888. What compound are the R1s
regarding the spring designation that's right and yes mine does have that, there seems to be confusing, I know what my spring rates are and the...
Its really good to see this car back out on the grid and seemed ot be going very well. I didn't finish R2 so didn't know you had a problem til after I saw you in the paddock.
