But the insurance will be bumped up as you'll have to declare it's got a bodykit and bigger alloys on it... Then there's sourcing the parts, getting them sprayed to match and also fitting (unless you fit and spray them yourselves). Granted insurance will be cheaper but instead of spending all...

So buying a car and making it a replica is cheaper than buying the ready made thing? Wha? :clown:

TBH if you want to do something like that then do it but the overall cost wouldn't benefit you, neither resale. Only thing would be experience and knowledge gained :)
