As Im bored, here's a quick edit of one of the pics (hope you dont mind!)
Just increased exposure a tad, and I applied a grad ND filter to bring out the clouds a little.
ANd if anything, that could probably have another slight exposure increase too!
Yep no mods. Ive just moved from them, I couldnt even upgrade the brakes! So im making the car better/safer and they wouldnt allow it!
Although to them there's probably a reason why I want better brakes! ;)
Thanks again Chris. Well I've been making enquires into the KTEC SC kit, which will come with an aftermarket ecu management kit.
Inevitably coilovers would be on the shopping list too, I've already uprated the brakes so they should be fine (for now!).
As I've said previously, I never really...
I got the menz pack, contains all their polishes. I haven't not used one, so I doubt you would wast any. And I think you save a bit from buying them individually
Although I'd love something like an M3 or a good elise (I've had a look and could only see the k series engine'd ones for my budget) what people keep forgetting is that I will want to do quite a few track days.
All the alternative cars mentioned (or most) would cost a fortune to do trackdays...
^ lol, no worries mate. It's a big decision, and Im glad some people are trying to bring me back down to earth!
But as you said, most people have spent a fortune when they're young, I think this will be my go at it ;)

If it goes really well, then I think I'll probably say fuk it and get the SC kit.
Im young with a bit of disposable income, so why not?! I'm sure I'll have time to get a faster...
Jay you cheeky git lol!
I pissed myself at the last comment!
Your second + point is what keeps attracting me to it. Another car will cost millions to run on track, which is something I will want to do a lot.
Granted I know I will eventually have to get some coilies, and being in your car at...
I had never made up my mind when I started it, I was considering both options, but swaying to the SC route.
It's just as the thread has gone on, Im swaying more towards it even more. Im still not 100% yet, and Im still listening to the options people are giving.
On a serious note, I would really recommend the RSTuner remap. It doesnt give extra power, but as above, it does improve the driveability and feels much nicer throughout the rev range.
Thanks for the suggestions, but I've said before I would never want the hassle of owning a scoob or evo, let alone taking it on track!
I might have a bit of disposable money to SC to clio, but I aint got a bottomless pit of money to keep a scoob moving lol!
If I decide to spend that money, I'm...
