Try Costco mate, when ringing round recently pricing up pe2's they were the cheapest. Granted it was in 15" but worth a call. They had them in stock too.

This, and the roads round my way are awful. They also give a subtle drop so thumbs up from me.

Supply and demand, as they are rarer they fetch a bit more money. Also the tyres will be alot cheaper in 15", something to bear in mind mate.

Do you mean you have patches of little bits of rubber where the tyres got hot, moved and then cooled? I Just drove them on road for couple days and it scrubbed off the excess bits mate.
