    My non-sport dci Mk3

The AP's are spot on mate, cant fault them, handling is very good. Only thing is, I have gone quite low on them so notice a bit of brake/torque steer but its not really an issue. Just get them bought and close them arches up ;)

    MK3's post detail/pre css pics

Just a few snaps me (silver mk3) and Kiefer23 (black mk3) took after a detail the day before CSS. Odd 1 or 2 from CSS in there :) C+C welcome! Hopefully Photobucket doesnt ruin the quality too much

    MK3 De-Wiper?

You need to drill through the rivet to get it out. The its a case of detaching the mechanism and plugging the hole with a grommit

    My non-sport dci Mk3

Umm if you are gonna keep the wheels silver i would probs either do the diamonds black or a nicer shade of silver. The chrome is horrible but a nice matte silver will look better

    My non-sport dci Mk3

Haha no kidding, he mentioned to me last night about looking at some mahonia wheels. Off round his tomorrow for a detailing sesh before CSS. Nah no damage that i could see but it is a constant challenge mate, think my front might even be lower than toms, it can be a nightmare. Umm depends on...

    My non-sport dci Mk3

Yeah know what u mean mate, you could probably get away with lowering springs just to close that arch gap up which wont cost a bomb but yeah coilovers arent cheap (plus if u go quite low it starts getting slightly impractical).....i got beached on a speed bump the other day :'(
  13. ksykes23

    My non-sport dci Mk3

You get the damage sorted out ok? Also, u thinking of lowering it?

    bobbie a's MK3 mini project

I wouldnt have the tints personally mate....big no no lol. Also, the spacers will depend on whether you keep the same wheels or not :) I know someone with the same wheels as you and he runs 20mm all round but he could maybe push to 25mm on the back

    Dom's non-sport MK3 thread #Re-post

Arches are wider as it is a dynamique sx i think anything under a dynamique in terms of trim have narrower arches :) Btw, nice car mate :)

    black mk3 1.2 16v Extreme (Pic heavy)

Yeah man, love both grids and drifts.....especially in the bronze colour. You gonna go for 45 tyres or 40? Will be keeping my eye on this :)
  27. ksykes23

    Colour coding

Exactly what i did mate. The clips are made of quite a soft plastic so they are quite plyable so even if the bend or break, when you put the trim back in, it will still hold in place fine. Like i said, one person pulling the trim and keeping the tension and one with the screwdriver pushing the...

    black mk3 1.2 16v Extreme (Pic heavy)

YES!!!! Been waiting to see what a mk3 will look like with Grids! Hurry up and get your coilovers lol :)
  29. ksykes23

    Colour coding

with the front and backs you just have to gently ease them off using a screwdriver as a lever.....u will likely break a clip or two but if your careful/take your time you wont encounter too many issue. Its good to have someone helping you as well
