    Springs & shocks or coilovers?

If its a daily commute then and not for track use then coilovers probably arent for you. Have you considered eibach sportline springs?

    Sportlines

A bit lower. I have a 182 with cup suspension, then I went to sportlines, and it did drop it a little.

    R888 or michelin exalto

I think 888s would be overkill for everyday use. Ive got PE2s on my car for normal road use, and Ive got a set of 888s, which I plan to use only for trackdays :)

£200 to spend on my 182...

If you do a bedford trackday you really shouldnt need insurance. But that's a risk you take lol! I did my first trackday at Bedford and loved every minute of it.

    I'm struggling to work out...

What will you want the car for? If you want a sort of track car, then go for the Ph1. If it's your everyday car, the cup :)

What's the law regarding cracked windscreens?

Cool, what about MOT though? Ive got to have mine MOT'd next month :(

What's the law regarding cracked windscreens?

Hi chaps, After working on the car for a bit, I went out for a bit of a drive, only to have the mother of all stones hit my windscreen! The cracks are reasonably big, I know it's hard to explain without pics, I'll try to get one up later. But I just wondered if there was any official rules...

    All my seats out. OMFG!

I think we do yeh, but they're really old and I dont think they'd be very accurate lol! When I've done everything I'll weigh it properly :)

    All my seats out. OMFG!

Ok, Ive taken the lining out and all the tar except those bits in the rear pillars, which look like a b*****d to get to! I cant believe how heavy the roof tar is! The only scales in the house at the moment is my Mums cooking scales, which only go up to 2 kilos! This tar is WAY heavier than that!
  29. DanFreemanPhoto

    All my seats out. OMFG!

^^ Wow at the weight of the Recaro! Didnt know they were that much. Also, the tar on the roof is massive! Its so thick! How on earth do you get that off?!

    All my seats out. OMFG!
