Be carful when removing and replacing the plugs, it's all too easy to damage the thread on the plugs.
TDC sensor is just two 10mm bolts. (I have a 2nd hand spare one if you want to try that?)
My gasket under the plenum was just like a rubber seal. I didn't replace it and...

If not, I've got a fork and release bearing from a Ph1 172 box sitting around. The bearing was on mine for about 100k though, so would be risky to use on the road. The fork's fine though!
Get some paper with a course grit then, but I'd imagine that anything that will strip paint won't do the plastic any good. Failing that, how much can you get 2nd hand ones for? £20?

The manifold hitting the subframe most likely.
Simple adjustments might be possible. Loosen two top mounts, pull engine forward and tighten the mounts.
If not, they'll need replacing.
