Elephant have always been cheapest with me. Also, phone up the cheapest quote, and tell them a competitor has beaten them by a few quid. Anything they knock off is better than nothing. I did that with Elephant and they knocked off £150!

15" wheels will go on that fine. Anything up to a 17" probably will, but you'll look like a tool, and it'll drive like a wheelbarrow. 15/16" ftw.

The idle quite high maybe a throttle body/throttle cable problem. Mine does it. You can try a few things. Try tapping the throttle, it should go back to normal. If it's that, you can grease the cable, or it could need a new throttle body as the spring is a common fault. Steering wheel...
