couple of strange issues..help needed

Got 2 strange issues with my 172.
1st is that yesterday after being sat in traffic for about 10mins or so the brakes where very sharp! only had to touch the pedal slighty and ud stop instantly! also when driving it felt like they where on.
after i left the car for 2 hours it was fine.. any ideas?

2nd when i come to start the car in the morning its fine but when i go to drive it its very sluggish until it has warmed up, feels like you are fighting to get it to move, any ideas on that 1?

Any advice would be great

Caliper sticking or something? Sound like the same issue to me!

Number 2 all 1*2s do it.

ok kool so number 2 is normal, but number 1 is a mystery as it cant be a caliper as it would be constant wouldnt it?
