I didn't think you needed the VIN if you are buying new, only if your unlocking a used one? If you do, then its on your VIN plate and should be on your registration documents.
PAS pump. Mine was the same when I got it. Its on the front of the engine, but is a bit of a pain to do if you aren't good with spanners. Other wise its bumper off, slam panel off, aux belt off drained PAS pump off, new pump on, new aux belt kit on (don't reuse, not worth the risk as a snapped...
First of all, check int he wanted section, they are always poping up there.
secondly, you don't 'install' the RSTuner, its a device that is used to communicate with your cars ECU. You basically connect it via an OBD2 port (which is under the ash tray in your car). The RSTuner is also connected...

Nicely summed up. After reading it through again what you have said makes sense, on Lesleys car 280 would probably be alright. Looks like chip started talking about brakes for his car though and wires got crossed maybe..? unless chips thinking about another turbo conversion and wants to be...
You misunderstood me I think. Pull the HT lead off the coil pack and hold the end you have just pulled off about 1 inch away from the terminal you just pulled it off from. Leave the other end connected to the spark plug as normal. You should see and hear a spark from the coil pack to the HT lead...
ps. seems to me that swede cup is assuming you wouldn't go faster on the straight going into the corner if you had more power - that's the only way I can make sense of what he is saying :s
seems pretty obvious to me that more power = higher speed for your mass into the corner, thus more stopping power is required to slow the mass to the same speed and time as a lower powered but same spec mass. Clio turbo = small mass, high speed = needs big brakes to slow down in the same time.
I will be putting my Nikon D40X with Kit lens in the for sale section sometime this week. It will probably be around £150. PM me if your interested and I will link you to the thread when its up.
Get it on the rolling road like you said. I found when I went form a 1.2 to a 182 that I got used to it and suddenly it didn't feel quick anymore. I actually took it to a rolling road at this point, but low and behold it was putting out 180bhp, so no problems.
What happens if you leave the spark plug in place and just pull of the HT lead form the coil pack and turn it over (keeping the HT lead close to its point of contact on the coil pack), do you get a spark?
engines don't need back pressure. You shouldn't of noticed hardly any difference in performance with the box on or off, only thing that would affect this is a dodge sensor or a blockage. Maybe your just getting used to it?
Yep very easy to do provided you don't have any problems. Its not worth £200 imo, but I have classed the RStuner as a tool I will use again (I have already used to clear codes etc so well worth the money). In reality its a £100 mod with both maps at hand, which is good value :)
