I recently ventured down the path of Polish Angel products. Not sure if theyre well known at all but those who take the *expensive* plunge normally have pretty good things to say. Their shampoos were a major let down but I persevered and bought some QD's and their Master Sealant. If you're...
Ive just come out of it. Cant lie, it sucked but I spent 2 full days paint correcting mine. Anyway, off topic. Hope the 1 person that goes to this meet enjoys themselves ..
now come on mark, firstly we know those racing gloves arent anything but pristine. Secondly, from what I hear, you sit quite frequently by yourself with them on ;)
didnt get a notification on this and just stumbled across it by accident lol
I cant make this week folks im working. I also live in Sussex now (lardy daa) so it would be a jaunt for me. Although the prospect of seeing Markcup and his gloves is mighty appealing
Another vote for Direct Hoses. I had their all black 7 (or 9) as a christmas present. Brilliant. Wanted a reel for my 20m hose. Tried to order one and they called me, asked me to send it back to them as they had to attach it. They did this quite quickly and free of charge. Cant argue there!
Mark, if anyone is going to know the answer, its going to be you! How did the Bilsteins transform the car? Ive heard it makes it more 'compliant' down a B road but without making it wishy washy. Thoughts please :)
The only bit I could disagree with what youve said is the comfort part. Generally, theyre comfortable. The cabin is a great place to be. everything is where you'd expect it to be. I do find the dampers on the 140 a bit pants. It skips over bumps on a b road too much for my liking and feels quite...
Had my 140 about 18 months or so now. Its just such a good all round car. I use mine for business a lot and always visit customers at their homes (no im not a sex worker...) and very rarely do I get anyone making comment about it. Thats exactly what I wanted. Nothing worse than asking for...
yeah, was a bit of a gamble but I had to meet a minimum order at Slims so just thought why not. Was well impressed. Should be good for like £12 but I was really impressed tbh. Wool ones dont seem to hold suds very well. That said, they were about £1.50 each haha
might sound like a silly one but wash mitts. Picked up an 'Incredi Mitt' recently and damn its the nuts. Ive got about 13 'hand in' mitts some wool some meguiars white ones. This one smashes it out the park. Holds way more suds and just feels safe. Would recommend!
Im also a big fan of the turtle wax spray on sealant stuff. For the money (sometimes on offer with ECP at £5) its exceptionally good value. I struggled to kill it when I was doing a decon too!
Bought a bottle of Sonax BSD and used it last night. Makes the paint exceptionally slick. Cant comment on beading yet but it wont be long knowing the weather. Looks great on the car for how easy it is to apply and buff
I picked up a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G a few weeks back. Thought I would post my experience on here.
Its a very smart looking phone, its huge and the screen is the best I think i've ever used on a phone. The camera is definitely more impressive than my previous S20 but less impressive than I...
You might find that what I said works. Its what I do when I want to give the car a deep clean and get a brush into all the intricate areas. Normal dilution of foam doesnt tend to last long enough for me to fart-arse around. Mix a bit of the 'shaving foam' style snow in with it and it bulks out...
I agree with the above regarding BH Autofoam. It does tend to slide off and 'split' quite quickly especially on a heavily waxed or slick car. Not generally a problem as @Sunglasses_Ron is exactly right, it cleans so damn well. I will say this though, in the middle of summer when its hot and I...
I've been an advocate for polar seal for a while now. I love the stuff. I switched to some other lance based sealants and even some spray bottle ones. Still am yet to find something that's as easy as polar seal. And it lasts well too providing you've a good base to start with
Its difficult for me to comment exactly as I havent ever run the car with MPSS. However. Big however. I totally get where you are coming from. The goodyears I had before had much stiffer sidewalls (great Mark Cup video on this topic I believe). When I first fitted the PS4 tyres I definitely...
A question for you @MarkCup
How do you find your 140 is on tyres at goodwood? Tempted to do a track day but just had pilot sport 4 boots fitted all round. Not the ideal track tyre im told! Appreciate its all about how hard you are but as ive got limited track experience ill probably be going...
Hows the ValetPro cleaning? I've got loads of random foams. Gtechniq, random foams, polar foam and bilt hamber. BH has by far the best cleaning imo but im up for trying something new. Just don't want something that's just for show y'know?
