I got 47 (according to the comp) driving my clio on business use (so I wasnt desperate to get where I was going!)
60-70mph on the motorway = surprisingly good mpg!
Excellent results yet again! :)
Do you think the menz final finish polish would not provide enough cut? I think im right in saying the paint on these clios are pretty hard!
Depends on your style of driving and if you are in traffic often, but if you arent, 29mpg does sound a bit low. I get about 37ish average in my commute (15 miles), that's when Im driving with a light right foot too ;)
If you are referring to the 'Renault' and 'Sport' badges, I just got a credit card behind them and wedged them off, they are stuck on so you just need to pry them off :)
Obviously take car not to scratch the paint!
Ah...now I understand.
But no you dont do it that way, because if you take a photo without the rig, the car wont be moving. So you havent got the blurred background to merge in.
Just one photo, and a hell of a lot of time spent removing it with a variety of tools in photoshop :)
Sorry, dont understand the question......
Depends on what type you go for, and the materials.
Mine was about ~£200, but then some bits were made at our workshop where I work :)
wow that looks nuts when you stand back and look at it!
Wait 'til I get my new rig up and running, the camera will be even further from the car then! (if it works!)
lol! I hope so too.....no pressure!!
I actually shot all of these in highest quality jpeg. No HDR was used, and one of the shots (the rear shot of Daves 172) has multiple exposures.
The rest are as they came off the camera, and then processed in photoshop :)
Thanks guys, and glad you like it Dave :)
Simoxmino - I dont use a tripod, but a long pole attached, in this case, to the top of the car by two suction mounts. This is then removed in photoshop to give the photo above :)
I'll see if I can get the unedited shot up soon :)
lol, because for the rig shots we, or should I say Dan and Dave, were pushing the car. And I thought I couldnt see the drivers seat from the camera's viewfinder, but I guess I was wrong lol!
I think that's about it unfortunately. I've had a go at the docks photo, but I can't make it work.
Yeh I'll have a go on your car, as I said you can be my first 'customer', and I might start offering my services to anyone else looking for some paint correction.
I'm not sure when would be the...
I think it looks good, pretty sure Quade has that look on his cup of the same colour.
Oh, but his alloys are silver not white.
Might give you an idea....
