and what would make you think that? The amp is more than capable of re-producing frequencies as low as 5Hz, you just need the right speakers to make use of it. Do you think bass didnt exist before active subs?!
Am a C#/SQL software developer.
Probably best you use C# as it is the 'in' language at the moment. Use an SQL server of some kind (best option would be SQL CE, as you can then bundle it with the application and it will get installed under the clickonce installer). My advice for data...
id go for a 140bar as opposed to a 120bar. also you need to check the 'rated bar' pressure, not the 'max bar' as theat figure is rubbish in reality. i.e, on the one you posted:
125 bar maximum pressure.
105 bar rated pressure.
Generally you need something in excess of 2000w to get good bar...
Ah ok that make sense. Didnt think all of them were via the inlet manifold. So the 8 injector setups I guess put half the amount in at each stage? allowing for a perfect mix to happen? that sounds very interesting! thanks Chip.
if you want to know exactly how much the engine is using, enter the diagnostic mode by holding down the computer button and starting the car at the same time.
Why do ITB installs move the injectors to the TB? Whats the gain as opposed to being in there normal location? Is it really required? is that the point of ITB's? I always thought it was for increased air flow?
Not dissing yours Ron, but Feates looks a lot better imo (he have the 16v stickers etc). Yours still looks good, but more standard like so it dosnt have the same effect.
skoda splitter is the cheapest but migth not look as good as some others. I saw a megan(or maybe it was an espace) one on a clio once and thought that look better imo. Just remember to put it on properlu by cutting bits out to fit around the existing screws and replace any screw you remove...
your wasting your time Dink, Daniel dosnt seem to like taking advice about this purchase :p The 5 year warrenty is a bargin from RS and gives you peace of mind; If things do go south, you dont have to lie to the inssurance company and your house inssurance wont go up the following year either.
Sorry, I think you may have mis-interperated my intentions. I was mearly trying to help you out so you didnt end up blowing up your new amp incase it was connected to the sub incorrectly (you have only just said how it is connected to the sub). The only thing I have criticised is richersounds as...
they dont go together becasue a record out is not for driving a sub. The manual says to connect the sub to a'pre-out', this is not the same as a record out. A pre-out is the output before the amplification stage. i.e, it is controlled by the volumn control. How you have it will not turn the sub...
it defeats the point of buying this amp; you didnt need the sub with this amp with the correct matched speakers. Its just odd that you have opted for such an amp based on sound quality, but then effectivly ruin it by not using the correct speakers and pairing it with a sub. Its a bit like buying...
Becasue that amp is designed to work in a 2.0 configuration. That is, it was designed to work with 2 full range speakers of a resonable size. Using a sub with it kind of makes cambridges efforts at perfect sound reproduction from a single amp a little pointless. Amps that are designed to work...
