I think you just have to weld/bolt to chassis and cut to bumper but it's a mod so it'd have to be declared although theyre saying it's illegal if you do declare it and illegal if you dont. Bit of a sod's law imo.. ?

Sand them down, easy enough job to do!! then give it a lick of primer, paint and lacquer and jobs a gudden ;)

The 1.4 isnt a bad option but for fuel economy go for the diesel ;) I can get 40.8mpg round town if I drive like a grandad and so far havent tested my motorway mpg!!

The Williams bonnet will fit the PH3 but you need to get PH1/2 front lights.. Dont worry about the wings or bumper as it'll still fit. Unless you get a 16v vent moulded into the bonnet
