Just normal braided hose that's used for oil coolers etc? You can actually see some in that photo being used? When I went big turbo on my Ibiza that's what the oil return was replaced with.

There not even close that's the problem, 0-3mm is a big enough tolerance for them to trim the hoses down to not 40mm! They should of at least offered you a partial refund for your troubles.

Does your DCI rack self centre? I've fitted one to mine and it doesn't, it needs aligned but not sure how much difference this will make since the castor isn't adjustable.

Fitted a new stalk today thought since I'm replacing I might as well get a PH1 stalk, but it still hasn't sorted the issue. Could the relay be the problem? When the key isn't in the lights are off and come on when the I turn the stalk so I wouldn't think the relay is the problem.
