Been playing around with the z3 slowmo camera, novelty but fun!
Battery is the best part. With the iPhone 5 I was having to charge by lunchtime if using the day nav to work. Now I'm using nav to and from work (2hrs),regular use during the day and it doesn't need charging until the next morning.
I wouldn't pay any attention to dealer assessment of discs/pads/tyres. Many years ago I had my 182 serviced by Renault. Pads/discs 50% worn. The same pads and discs that Fred had fitted. The day before.
He's not driving like a newb. He's driving liking an aggressive c**t, and he's a danger to others.
I'm not quite sure how to be nice about about a prat diving up the inside under braking on corner entry. I'd rather he crashed on his own and went home.
Rev matching will help, heel and toe won't make a difference either way! Gearbox issues seem random. Personally think too many people watch a Chris Harris video and think changing as quickly as humanly possible is the 'right way' to do it. Do that daily to a French s**t box and it'll implode.
Had a look at the oneplus-one, and was tempted by the nexus 6 (the 5 was brilliant). But all too big for me. I've gone for a z3 compact. Very happy. Epic battery life, great camera and noise cancelling headphone tech built in.
I don't believe there's a single person on Cs capable of handling that much power, electronics off, going to the rear. And given the limits of p1/laf/918 driven wheels will make bugger all difference to fun/feel Imo.
Was really tempted to get a 6, but the battery life doesn't seem to be much improved over the 5. Had a play with a 6 plus, too big for me. If they'd sorted the battery I'd probably go back to an iPhone, despite now preferring android to ios.
They buy glasses. Smart phones etc have been a massive bonus for opticians. No one over 40 used mms etc 10yrs ago. Now it's the norm to check emails etc on phones. And it's much smaller print. So people that didn't used to have probs until mid to late 40's have trouble earlier.
